new script for video

Young adults in new zealand often use their parents to learn how to driv

Learning to drive with your parents can often ends up being someting like this  ( near miss scene
arguing anf fighting, but parents arent

  1. Good driving starts with good teaching. A Lot of New Zealanders use their parents to teach them how to drive because they're the ideal teacher. Being; cost efficient, responsible, fully licensed and a family bonding opportunity.
  2. However…
  3. Learning to drive with parents can be stressful and often results in arguing over mishaps and miscommunications.
  4. The way we learn to drive has always been focussed on the skills that are required but what goes unrecognised is the relationship of the people learning and teaching.

  1. Driving is a two way street so why isn't teaching and learning how to drive?
  2. Normally only the learner driver is assessed while learning to drive, but that's outdated and doesn't allow or help the stress, anxiety and miscommunication that comes with driving.
  3. We want to Shift the focus from being solely focussed on skill to the wellbeing of everyone involved and help facilitate a better relastionship

6. We want to Shift the focus from being solely focussed on driving skills to the wellbeing of everyone involved and help facilitate a better relationship to provide a less stressful and more cooperative driving lessons.

We give the option for the young adult to take initiate and facilitate their own driving lessons with their parents.

Key Idea:
Shift/share the pressure of learning to drive through the relationships by two way assessment.By focussing on the relationship between the teen and parent we alleviate the pressure and stress that comes with learning how to drive by channeling it into an interaction using touch points within the app.Putting some power and control into the learner's role resulting in them being more comfortable because they're been aware and involved in the process.
